The subject of the procurement is the property valuation services for real estate and share of the building owned by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) or its funds, as well as the consulting services related to the assignments in the Western valuation area. The subject of the property valuation may be shares of the building, buildings, real estate, and land, as well as the right to build. The primary task of the property valuation is to determine the market value or market rent based on completed purchase prices (market approach) or yield (income approach). In some cases, it may also be necessary to determine the technical current value (cost approach).
