The municipality of Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf plans to construct a new multifunctional building with up to 2 storeys (ground floor, 1st floor) on the site of the Vogelsdorf sports field, Försterweg 1a, 15370 Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf. The existing building is to be demolished and replaced with a new structure. The primary objective of the planning task is to design the replacement building to meet the usage needs of the aforementioned clubs. The replacement building is to be constructed on the site of the existing building as a modern, up to two-storey structure with a maximum footprint of 20 m x 50 m. Preliminary consultations indicate a usage area requirement of approximately 1,500 m2 for the users. This usage area requirement is to be reviewed and reduced to an absolutely necessary level. Possible synergies and dual uses of the individual users are to be considered and examined. Furthermore, a terrace aligned with the playing field and parking spaces are desired. The use of the sports field must remain possible during construction and demolition.
