Hungary – Miscellaneous computer equipment – Audiovizuális és IT eszközök beszerzése DBR II.

Creation of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of Audiovisual and IT equipment for Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem within the framework of a Dynamic Purchasing System. We draw the attention of those interested in participating that, in the current participation phase of the DPS, the participant may not submit an offer in accordance with Kbt. 107. § (1) and Kbt. 82. § (1). The value of the DPS: planned net 500,000,000 HUF for the entire duration of the DPS. The estimated quantities defined in the DPS are informative and have been recorded based on the experiences of previous years, from which the Inviting Entity may, in accordance with Kbt. 107. § (2), deviate during the duration of the DPS to suit its specific procurement needs. Short technical content according to Kbt. 107. § (2):

1. Products: Desktop computers, their components, and accessories. Planned quantity for 36 months: 75. Informative characteristics: CPU-equipped AIO and desktop computer components and accessories.

2. Products: Desktop brand computers and accessories. Planned quantity for 36 months: 300. Informative characteristics: Brand computers, their components, and accessories.

3. Products: Laptops, tablets, their components, and accessories. Planned quantity for 36 months: 450. Informative characteristics: Laptops and tablets equipped with a CPU, with a display size of 7" to 18", their components, and accessories.

4. Products: Other IT devices. Planned quantity for 36 months: 1,800. Informative characteristics: Any IT device that does not fall into the categories of the previous or subsequent products.

5. Products: Televisions, monitors, and their accessories, and add-ons. Planned quantity for 36 months: 450. Informative characteristics: Displays with a size of 17" to 100", fixed or with a movable stand or holder, their accessories, and add-ons, which will not display terrestrial broadcast TV.

6. Products: Smart devices and accessories. Planned quantity for 36 months: 45. Informative characteristics: Any device that measures, records, and transmits some change, portable, fixed, or cloud-accessible and manageable.

7. Products: Projectors, their accessories, components, and add-ons. Planned quantity for 36 months: 45. Informative characteristics: Devices capable of short, medium, and long projection distances, remote control, and associated elements; user manual in Hungarian, at least electronically; power cable according to Hungarian standard; HDMI cable; and the sub-units, accessories, and documents supplied by the manufacturer with the product.

8. Products: Interactive boards, displays, and accessories. Planned quantity for 36 months: 7. Informative characteristics: Touch displays 65" to 100".

9. Products: Educational tools. Planned quantity for 36 months: 45. Informative characteristics: Educational technology and IT tools that support education, facilitating the understanding, visualization, and tracking of educational materials.

10. Products: Servers, storage devices, and their components and accessories. Planned quantity for 36 months: 375. Informative characteristics: Servers, storage devices, tape drives, their components, and accessories.

11. Products: Active and passive network devices. Planned quantity for 36 months: 75. Informative characteristics: Network devices and accessories.

12. Products: Telecommunication devices. Planned quantity for 36 months: 120. Informative characteristics: Voice, wired and wireless, mobile devices, and their accessories.

13. Products: Webcams, cameras, digital cameras, and accessories. Planned quantity for 36 months: 75. Informative characteristics: Devices and accessories suitable for image and video recording.

14. Products: Audio devices. Planned quantity for 36 months: 600. Informative characteristics: Microphones, headphones, speakers, wired and wireless designs, and other devices and cables required for amplification.

15. Products: Data carriers. Planned quantity for 36 months: 225. Informative characteristics: External devices with a USB connector HDD and SSD.

16. Products: Software and licenses. Planned quantity for 36 months: 53. Informative characteristics: Various software and associated licenses.

The Inviting Entity will make the exact technical description - in accordance with Kbt. 107. § (2) - and the exact contractual terms for the specific procurement to be implemented in the DPS available to the Inviting Parties participating in the DPS at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent. The Invited Parties, in possession of this, will submit their offers during the tendering phase. During the tendering phase, the Inviting Party is obliged to offer the Inviting Entity new, i.e. unopened and unused, products suitable for their intended use. The Inviting Entity does not provide the opportunity to offer used (or refurbished) products. The Inviting Entity reserves the right, in accordance with Kbt. 107. § (2), to determine, at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, the possibility of submitting a sub-offer in the invitation to tender for the specific procurement need stated therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements.
