France – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – Fourniture de denrées alimentaires de type épicerie et de produits réfrigérés issus de la filière crèmerie, œufs et produits laitiers

This consultation concerns the supply of grocery-type foodstuffs and refrigerated products from the dairy, egg and dairy products sector. The procurement procedure used is the open tender. The services are broken down into 4 lots, handled by separate contracts:

- Lot 1: Supply of grocery-type foodstuffs from the conventional circuit

- Lot 2: Supply of grocery-type foodstuffs falling within the categories listed by the Loi EGALIM

- Lot 3: Supply of refrigerated products from the dairy, egg and dairy products sector from the conventional circuit

- Lot 4: Supply of refrigerated products from the dairy, egg and dairy products sector falling within the categories listed by the Loi EGALIM

Each contract is awarded as a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-6 of the CCP. Each contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification. It is tacitly renewable 3 times for periods of 12 months. Lot 1 is awarded without a minimum amount and with an annual maximum of 600 000 € excl. VAT. Lot 2 is awarded without a minimum amount and with an annual maximum of 400 000 € excl. VAT. Lot 3 is awarded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 500 000 € excl. VAT. Lot 4 is awarded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 500 000 € excl. VAT.
