The Karl-Rehbein-Schule (KRS) has been using rooms at the Pestalozzischule as a branch for several years. To make room for the future expansion of the primary school, a new building for the upper level of the Karl-Rehbein-Schule is to be erected on part of the Fronhof site. The building "Haus des Handwerks" has been completely demolished as part of the planned expansion of the Karl-Rehbein-Schule to make way for the new construction. Scope of metalwork and locksmith services: - Fall protection / railings / stair railings / handrails: manufacture of internal and external railings and fall protection with and without handrails and installation of handrails; - Façade lettering: manufacture and installation of a sign on the natural stone façade; - Enclosure of the air-source heat pump: an enclosure made of steel must be constructed for the air-source heat pump on the roof terrace, which is then clad with aluminium slats; - Manufacture of a ramp: to ensure barrier-free access to the roof terrace, a ramp made of sheet steel with a platform and handrail must be manufactured.
