The demographic dynamism of the Thonon Agglomération territory is reflected in the densification of urban spaces. This densification leaves less and less room for waste management. The multiplication of bring points (PAV) multiplies the nuisances for users and increases the constraints related to parking in the areas where they are installed. In this context, compaction bins seem to meet the needs of the community: a reduced ground footprint, a reduced collection time, and a number of households estimated per terminal multiplied by 4 or 5. The present framework agreement aims to supply, deliver, commission and provide preventive maintenance for underground compaction bins, intended to be installed in existing concrete tanks for the following flows: household waste; packaging (multi-material packaging and mixed paper flow) and cardboard.
