1. The subject of the contract is the execution and delivery of 6 transport containers for the railway industry and transport in transshipment ports. 2. The subject of the contract is defined in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. All the requirements specified in the OPZ are minimum requirements, and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender on the basis of Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act, as non-compliant with the contract conditions.
