Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1657_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung Bremsbaugruppen des Systems TPz 1 Fuchs

The contract involves the repair of brake assemblies for the TPz 1 Fuchs system. Bidders must consider, when submitting their tenders, that the information on the respective lots is derived solely from historical data and estimated requirements, and includes any additional requirements (safety margin) that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate from the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In each case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity (estimated requirement + safety margin) summarized in the relevant lot. This contract does not oblige the AG to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
