Interventions on departmental natural spaces - Contracts reserved for SIAE and the disability sector

Contracts are reserved for lots 1 to 3 for economic activity integration structures (SIAE) mentioned in Article L.5132-4 of the Labour Code and equivalent structures when they employ a minimum of 50% of disadvantaged workers in accordance with Articles L.2113-13 and R.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code. Contracts are reserved for lots 4 to 7 for adapted companies (EA) and supported employment and service establishments (ESAT) or equivalent establishments, when they employ a minimum of 50% of disabled workers in accordance with Articles L.2113-12 and R.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code.
