France – Miscellaneous transport equipment and spare parts – FOURNITURE DE PIECES DETACHEES NECESSAIRES A LA MAINTENANCE DES VEHICULES DE MARQUE MERCEDES-EVOBUS DE LA REGIE DES TRANSPORTS METROPOLITAINS (5 LOTS)

The services are divided into the following five lots: Lot No. 1: Supply of various spare parts of approved manufacturer origin for electric buses and coaches of the MERCEDES-EVOBUS brand; Lot No. 2: Supply of various spare parts of approved manufacturer origin for buses and coaches of the MERCEDES-EVOBUS brand; Lot No. 3: Supply of various spare parts of approved manufacturer origin for minibuses and all-terrain utility trucks of the MERCEDES-EVOBUS brand; Lot No. 4: Supply of various spare parts of equipment suppliers for buses and coaches of the MERCEDES-EVOBUS brand; Lot No. 5: Supply of various spare parts of equipment suppliers for minibuses of the MERCEDES-EVOBUS brand. 2/ The present public contracts are awarded following a negotiated procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Public Procurement Code. 3/ These are framework agreements within the meaning of Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. The framework agreements are multi-awarded, each concluded with two economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of suitable offers received), executed by the issuance of purchase orders, issued as needs arise (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code), according to the cascade allocation modalities defined in the Tender Regulations and the Special Conditions of Contract (CCP), annexed to this Public Notice. 4/ Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, each framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount, namely: Lot 1: 5 400 000,00 Euros excl. VAT; Lot 2: 25 000 000,00 Euros excl. VAT; Lot 3: 1 500 000,00 Euros excl. VAT; Lot 4: 25 000 000,00 Euros excl. VAT; Lot 5: 1 200 000,00 Euros excl. VAT. 5/ These are public supply contracts which refer to the General Administrative Provisions applicable to public supply and service contracts (CCAG/FCS), approved by the Order of 30 March 2021. 6/ The duration of each framework agreement is four years firm from its notification date.
