The City of Frankfurt am Main intends to renovate and extend the currently vacant and listed school building of the former Holzhausenschule on the property at Bremer Straße. The subject of this tender is the awarding of planning services in a total of seven lots according to the scope of services of the Department of Building and Real Estate: •Lot 1: Building Design, Buildings and Interior Spaces •Lot 2: Building Design, External Facilities •Lot 3: Specialist Planning, Structural Design •Lot 4: Specialist Planning, Fire Protection •Lot 5: Specialist Planning, Technical Equipment, Plant Groups 1-3 and 8 •Lot 6: Specialist Planning, Technical Equipment, Plant Groups 4-6 •Lot 7: Building Design, Civil Engineering Structures, Technical Development A detailed description of the project can be found in document A-Projektbeschreibung.
