Spain – Cleaning services – SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO BÁSICO DE LAS SEDES DEL IAPH EN SEVILLA Y DEL CAS EN CÁDIZ

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services at the IAPH premises in Seville and the CAS in Cádiz, including the cleaning of the buildings, furniture, glassware, and other items contained therein, as well as the performance of basic preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the equipment and systems that are essential for the normal operation of the institution. All of this is to ensure that the work areas and facilities are kept in perfect hygienic and operational conditions, and to provide an immediate response to unforeseen circumstances and the rescheduling of activities, especially those involving visitors and/or authorities.
