The purpose of the procurement is to secure the needs of the contracting authorities for expertise to consult, equip and staff large and small events/arrangements organised by the contracting authorities, including hybrid events. Tasks may vary from, for example, delivering equipment to a school graduation to larger events. The supplier must be able to collaborate with the client as well as with other parties involved in the task. The supplier must be able to see their part and have an understanding of the whole task. The tasks often look completely different and have different prerequisites that require the supplier to have high creativity and flexibility as well as good communication skills. This means that the supplier must have an organisation that is flexible in terms of the staff's competence and number of resources. However, this does not mean that the supplier must have all the competence and resources in their own employed staff, but they must be able to quickly bring in the competence that is required. The supplier must be able to propose alternative functions and solutions to the client to achieve the best solution for the event. For some events, the notice period may be short and it is then required that the supplier has the ability to participate and carry out the task at short notice.
