The contract concerns the design, production and delivery of custom cardboard transport packaging for industrial applications requiring a high level of protection. More specifically, these are wrap-around packages or similar constructions, fully adapted to the dimensions, shape and fragility of the material to be packed. The packaging is equipped with an adapted interior layout, such as foam, inserts or other fixing and protection solutions, in order to optimally protect the material during handling, transport and storage. The contractor is responsible for both the study and engineering (design) and the production and delivery of these packaging solutions. In this regard, the proposed solution must take into account the following elements: - the nature and sensitivity of the goods to be protected (including fragile and/or valuable components) - the logistics requirements (manual and mechanical handling, transport conditions, stackability, etc.) - the required durability and lifespan of the packaging

The packaging must be suitable for use in an industrial environment with increased protection requirements, particularly for applications related to technical installations or railway activities.

Furthermore, the packaging must meet the following requirements: - They are reusable multiple times and fully recyclable, in line with sustainability objectives; - They are equipped with an adequate closing system, adapted to the use and frequency of opening/closing; - They have clear identification and marking (e.g. labels, codifications, handling instructions, 8-digit SNCB article number), to ensure correct and safe handling.
