The construction of a 7-storey (UG - 5th floor) office building with approximately 10,270 sqm of gross floor area, approximately 1,700 sqm of which is underground, is planned in solid construction. The facade will be a facing brick facade with windows and PR facades, and the roof will be a pitched roof. The building is designed in an L-shape with connections to existing buildings from the ground floor to the 2nd or 4th floor via smaller connecting structures.
