The subject of the present procurement procedure are maintenance cleaning services (building cleaning, glass cleaning, facade cleaning, equipment cleaning, industrial cleaning), as well as the emptying of waste containers (including the transport of waste to the designated collection points of Munich Airport) at Munich Airport in the areas of Terminal 1 incl. Terminal 1 Pier and baggage handling system Terminal 1, northern and southern development strip, canteens, Munich Airport Center (MAC) and central area, sales, office and logistics areas of eurotrade Flughafen München Handels-GmbH in Terminal 1, as well as in Terminal 1 Pier, Terminal 2 and Satellite Terminal, divided into the following lots:

Lot 1 - Terminal 1 incl. Terminal 1 Pier and baggage handling system Terminal 1

Lot 2 - Northern and southern development strip

Lot 3 - Canteens

Lot 4 - Munich Airport Center (MAC) and central area

Lot 5 - Sales, office and logistics areas of eurotrade Flughafen München Handels-GmbH in Terminal 1, as well as in Terminal 1 Pier, Terminal 2 and Satellite Terminal

Passenger capacities of the terminals p.a.:

Terminal 1 & T1 Pier: approx. 20 million

Terminal 2 & Satellite: approx. 36 million
