This consultation concerns the purchase and delivery of administrative supplies, small office equipment, and paper for the needs of the Communauté d'Agglomération Pays Basque. This consultation is a relaunch of the initial consultation, which was declared unsuccessful for reasons of general interest given the need to redefine the requirement. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Lot 01: framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 435 000 euro(s) excluding tax, for the duration of the framework agreement. Lot 02: framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 215 000 euro(s) excluding tax, for the duration of the framework agreement. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The consultation includes environmental execution conditions detailed in the specification.
