Finland – Construction work for bridges and tunnels, shafts and subways – Naurissalmen metrosillan uusiminen

Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy ("KLOY" or "the Contracting Authority") is organising a tender for the Naurissalmi metro bridge renewal project on behalf of the Helsinki City Transport Department ("HKL" or "the Contracting Authority") in accordance with this procurement notice and its appendices. The project will be managed by Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy's project management. The contract includes the works for the renewal of the Naurissalmi metro bridge as specified in the contract documents. The general plans for the contract will be delivered in the accounting phase, and the construction plan will be available to the selected contractor only in the summer of 2026. The contract type is a lump sum contract. The old Naurissalmi metro bridge will be demolished, and a new steel girder bridge will be built alongside the track. The new metro bridge, built alongside, will be moved into place by launching it in the longitudinal direction. The construction phases are preliminarily indicated in the general timetable draft. The track superstructure works and traffic arrangements in the area are included in the contract. The Urban Transport is responsible for the metro's early traffic arrangements. (See Urakkaohjelma for more details) Site visit during the tendering phase: The Contracting Authority will organise a site visit for bidders during the tendering phase in April 2026. The Contracting Authority requires that the bidder has participated in the site visit before submitting a bid. Questions will not be addressed, and no answers will be given during the site visit.
