In the framework of this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a works contract for the "Increasing the energy performance of residential blocks in the town of Simeria Lot IV" project, which includes the following blocks: - Str. Piata Unirii, bl. 18 - Str. Piata Unirii, bl 20 - Str. Piata Unirii, bl 21 - Str. Teilor, bl 19 The works contract subject to this award procedure will include the execution of works for the energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, from the town of Simeria, listed above. The duration of the public procurement contract will be a maximum of 8 months. Within this time frame, all works necessary for the energy renovation of the multi-family residential buildings listed above from the town of Simeria, which are the subject of this procedure, will be executed. The public works procurement contract does not raise particular aspects during the implementation period. Given that, according to the Technical Project, energy efficiency works will be carried out on 4 blocks, and the execution term is a maximum of 8 months, a period which includes the cold period during which works cannot be carried out, the works will be carried out in parallel on a minimum of 3 blocks at a time. The works which are the subject of the present contract consist of the execution of all works necessary for the achievement of the investment objective, in accordance with the technical project, execution details, specialty task books, quantity lists, plans and the other documents of the project. The contractor has the obligation to carry out the works in their entirety, including main works and secondary, connected and auxiliary works necessary to ensure complete, technically and functionally compliant execution and to put the objective into operation. The works will be executed with respect for the technical solutions provided for in the technical project, the execution details, the standards, the technical regulations and applicable legislation, as well as the manufacturer's instructions for the materials, products and equipment used. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests sent at least 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. For clarification requests received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
