France – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Marché d'embellissement des loges gardiens et de signalétique pour le patrimoine d'Elogie-Siemp

Elogie-Siemp, a social landlord in the City of Paris, is launching a programme to enhance and harmonise the lodges of its building caretakers. This programme aims to improve the welcome of tenants, to strengthen the legibility of spaces and to assert the image of the organisation across its entire portfolio. The present contract concerns the implementation, in a single lot, of the following services for approximately 200 lodges: - Supply and installation of harmonised signage (interior welcome panel, exterior flag, building identification panel); - Creation of a painted wall in Elogie-Siemp's colours; - Installation of a water point in the few lodges that do not have one. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Technical Specifications Document (CCTP) and other attached documents. The present contract is a mixed contract, mainly treated at a global and lump sum price (100 lodges in a lump sum and the rest + identification plates in BDC). As an ancillary measure, the present contract is also treated as a single-source framework agreement under Article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by issuing purchase orders in accordance with Article R.2162-13 of the aforementioned Code. The purchase order part is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum of 80,000 euros (excl. VAT) over the total duration of the contract.
