Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by lump sums. The MC operation concerns the restructuring of the Medicine-Surgery service of the Cayenne Hospital Centre. It is divided into two phases: a Phase 1 currently underway and a Phase 2, which is the subject of the present consultation. Phase 2 covers the work to be carried out in buildings D, E and F, constituting the operational perimeter of this section. The interventions aim to modernise the infrastructure, improve the reception and hospitalisation conditions for patients, and optimise the working conditions for medical teams. The operation will take place on an occupied site, involving the continuation of hospital activities during the works. To this end, companies must integrate into their methodology all the constraints related to the continuity of care, the safety of users and staff, as well as the limitation of nuisances.
