The subject of the contract is the successive supply of medicines within the medicinal programme and pharmaceutical products. The contract includes the supply according to the assortment and quantities indicated in the assortment-price form, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ, containing detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract. The quantities presented in it include estimated sets for the duration of the contract. In reality, these quantities may be lower, with the proviso that the Contracting Authority will implement the order for at least 60% of the value of the contract. The assortment constituting the subject of the contract must meet the requirements contained in the relevant European standards and be approved for sale in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
