The present notice is for the award of a non-exclusive contract for the supply of bandages to insured persons in accordance with § 31 of the Social Code, Book Five (SGB V). This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV in conjunction with § 119 (3) GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join contracts with conditions that are fixed and non-negotiable for all participants. There can be an unlimited number of service providers as contracting partners.
