Greece – Diesel fuel – Προμήθεια υγρών καυσίμων και λιπαντικών για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της Δ.Ε.Υ.Α.ΤΗ.Λ. (ΑΦΟΡΑ ΧΡΟΝΙΚΟ ΔΙΑΣΤΗΜΑ 3 ΕΤΩΝ)

The subject of the contract is the supply of liquid fuels and lubricants for the needs of the Municipal Enterprise for Water Supply - Sewerage & District Heating of Lavreotiki. The execution of the supply is mandatory for the movement of vehicles and machinery (Jcb, Excavator, Grader, Loader, Case), as well as the operation of the two wastewater treatment plants and the pumping stations, in order to ensure the smooth operation and the achievement of the objectives of the Municipal Enterprise. The Municipality of Lavreotiki will implement the prescribed procedures for the selection of suppliers until the issuance of a contract award decision, for the supply of the above-mentioned items for the needs of the D.E.Y.A.T.H.L., in accordance with decision no. 77/2026 of the Administrative Council of the Municipal Enterprise and article 630 of Law 5314/2026. The contract is divided into two (2) sections: Section A: Fuels, Section B: Lubricants. Interested Economic Operators can participate in the procedure by submitting a tender for either one section or the entire supply, but for the total quantities required for each section, as mentioned above, and for the three (3) years.
