1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and disposal of municipal waste originating from the owners of properties within the territory of the Municipality of Kluczbork: a) from all properties where residents live, b) from all properties that partly consist of properties where residents live, and partly of properties where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated. The description of the subject of the contract is in Annex No. 1 to the Contract Template and in the Contract Template – Annex No. 9 to SWZ. 2. Contractors applying for the award of the contract in this procedure must meet the conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122).
