The present contract aims to define the terms for the supply and delivery of foodstuffs intended for the catering services of the members of the purchasing group. The services are part of a quality, food safety and sustainable development approach, notably integrating the objectives set by laws relating to sustainable food, the fight against food waste, the ecological transition and waste reduction, in particular the provisions arising from the EGALIM, Climate and Resilience and AGEC laws.
