The municipality of Steenwijkerland aims for a sustainable and future-proof hot drinks provision for employees and visitors at its locations. The municipality wishes for one professional contractor to be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of 16 machines and ingredients. Daily maintenance and refilling are not included in the contract. The machines may be refurbished or second-hand. This concerns 16 machines and the delivery of ingredients.
