The Free Hanseatic City of Bremen aims to achieve a sustainable, forward-looking and economically efficient construction method with the new construction of three day-care centres in serial timber construction. The serial construction concept enables a high degree of repeatability, flexible adaptability to different site situations, and a clear spatial order. The concept presented is based on a systematically developed modular system consisting of several functional modules and can be used across locations. This structure allows for a precise response to specific urban planning conditions as well as to the functional requirements of the users. The subject of this tender is the planning and construction services, as well as optionally the maintenance services, for turnkey new buildings of the three day-care centres named in the planning description in serial timber construction.
