France – Video equipment – Accord-cadre pour la fourniture, l’installation et la maintenance d'équipements audiovisuels

The present contract is a multi-operator framework agreement with subsequent contracts, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 9 000 000 euros excluding taxes for all Contractors and for the duration of the contract. It involves a competitive process upon the occurrence of a need according to the modalities indicated in the contract. The present contract for services aims to define the conditions and modalities for the supply, installation and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for collaborative spaces (meeting rooms, training rooms, flex office, etc.) in the premises or sites of the RATP. The maintenance of the equipment also covers the existing equipment park of the RATP. The services included in the scope of the framework agreement are described below. • The supply of audiovisual equipment (including technological watch, advice, documentation); • The supply, installation and warranty of audiovisual equipment (including technological watch, advice, documentation, removal of audiovisual equipment, user training, …); • Preventive or corrective maintenance, triggered by the RATP, of the supplied audiovisual equipment and that on the existing park (including small supplies, technical training of maintainers, …); • Associated services (removal of audiovisual equipment, studies, user training, technical training, maintainability documentation, ...). The contract is concluded for an initial period of 24 months from the notification of the first OLS. Unless written notice is given by the RATP with 2 months' notice, it will be tacitly renewed for 3 periods of 12 months each.
