Bulgaria – Refuse and waste related services – „Сметосъбиране и сметоизвозване на битови отпадъци, машинно метене и миене на улици, тротоари, площади и други обществени обекти в населените места на територията на община Иваново“

The subject of the public procurement contract includes the provision of services for waste collection and transportation of municipal waste generated in the settlements on the territory of Ivanovo Municipality, to the Regional Deposit for non-hazardous, inert and hazardous waste of the municipalities of Ruse, Vetovo, Ivanovo, Slivo Pole and Tutrakan (hereinafter referred to as: "Regional Deposit - Ruse") or to the Installation/Equipment for waste treatment, indicated by the Contracting Authority. The activities for waste collection and transportation, which are the subject of the present public procurement, have a territorial scope: all settlements in Ivanovo Municipality and are in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation for waste management. The number of containers for municipal waste during the period of execution of the present public procurement may vary, depending on the delivery of new and defective unusable containers, the placement of additional containers for newly commissioned facilities, the placement of containers for newly declared and redeclared facilities and properties. The subject of the public procurement also includes cleaning of squares, streets, sidewalks and other public places on the territory of all settlements in Ivanovo Municipality, including cleaning of streets, sidewalks and other public places from waste and soil masses, and sweeping. In the settlements on the territory of Ivanovo Municipality, the following activities are carried out: mechanical sweeping and washing of streets, squares and other areas for public use. A detailed description of all activities included in the subject of the contract is contained in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority. In accordance with the possibility under Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, during the conduct of the present procedure, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants will be made before the examination of the documents for compliance with the requirements for personal status and with the criteria for selection.
