The sports hall, which was constructed in 1984, belongs to the Berufliche Schule Mühlacker and is located in the second row of the Kerschensteinerstraße. It is used for school sports and various club sports. Between the street and the sports hall stands the Haumeisterwohnhaus, which was also built in 1984. Next to the hall is an associated outdoor sports field, which is currently used as a parking lot. Under the outdoor sports field is a stormwater retention basin of the city of Mühlacker, which cannot be driven over with high loads. The remaining two sides are bordered by an industrial hall and the railway line. The main component of the sports hall renovation is, in particular, the renewal of the leaky hall roof (shed roof construction). Due to the change in the hall roof area, the roof drainage must be newly organized and adapted. The heating of the hall currently takes place via the ventilation system, which must be retained in any case. The air flow runs over the flat roof and enters the hall via the hollow box girders of the sheds. Due to the dismantling of the girders, the air flow must also be newly planned. As heat generation, a connection to the heating of the Berufliche Schule Mühlacker (BSM) is conceivable, which is generated in the ratio 80/20 from pellets and gas. Furthermore, the use of solar energy for water heating and heating support must be included in the planning, as well as heat generation via a PV system is possible. Sustainable and economically viable heat generation is a planning task. The lighting of the hall is to be replaced by energy-efficient LED lighting. Sustainability criteria should be particularly taken into account in the implementation of the construction measure and, through a sensible selection of materials, significantly improve the energy standard. The aim of the renovation is to achieve an efficiency building 55 after completion of the measures. The planning service in question is the Technical Equipment according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2021 in two lots: Lot 1: Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary (HLS); System Group 1 (Wastewater, Water and Gas Systems), System Group 2 (Heating Systems) and System Group 3 (Air Systems) Lot 2: Electrical Planning; System Group 4 (Power Systems) and System Group 5 (Telecommunications and Information Technology Systems) The order is awarded in stages, initially with phases 1 to 3 HOAI. There is no legal entitlement to the further awarding of the respective subsequent performance stage, and the client reserves the right to have individual services within a performance stage carried out by themselves or by third parties. An application for the expression of interest in the federal program "Sanierung kommunaler Sportstätten" has been submitted. A decision on the grant is still pending.
