The municipality of Auhausen plans to enhance and further develop its historic town centre as part of the ongoing town centre regeneration project within the "Social Cohesion" urban development programme. As part of the construction measure for the renovation, reactivation and conversion of the historic Prälatur building, optionally including ancillary buildings, the site is to be dedicated to public use as a cultural centre and meeting place and contribute to the development of the town centre. The design of the open spaces should be based on the urban planning objectives and the utilisation concept and, if necessary, include the extended site.
