Renovation of 288 social housing units on the QUEMARD BLANDIN property while occupied: The operation concerns the energy renovation of a property with 288 housing units as part of the National Strategy for Urban Renewal (NPNRU) in order to:

- Improve energy performance (thermal insulation of facades and terraces, summer comfort, connection to the district heating network of Alter Services, …) to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint

- Improve accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PMR) in buildings and housing units

- Adapt housing units using the Senior reference framework of the Office

- Ensure the replacement of obsolete components

- A first option for the extension, still under study, for the creation of 18 additional housing units

- A second option, still under study, for the restructuring and transformation of 10 four-bedroom units (T4) into two-bedroom senior units (T2) in one or more towers

The renovation while occupied must adapt to the presence of asbestos.
