Switzerland – Engineering services – UW SEM Erneuerung Sekundärtechnik und Mittelspannungsanlage

The existing gas-insulated medium-voltage switchgear (MS) of the UW SEM is to be renewed due to age. The request is directed to general planners of construction/technical services according to SIA 102/103/105/108. It is intended to completely replace the plant, including its control system, due to the electrical requirements. In addition, a large part of the secondary technical equipment will be replaced. In particular, the station control technology has reached the end of its life. Due to the renewal of the electromechanical systems and the general condition of the UW SEM, construction or technical measures must be implemented. These include, among others, -repair of the building substance and upgrading for new use- -renewal of building services (ventilation, air conditioning)- -renewal of the building services and the electrical supply- -renewal of the lighting systems including emergency lighting as well as cabling and ducts- -fire protection upgrading including structural fire protection.
