Award of a framework agreement for 48 months with the object-Services for the maintenance of the inland navigation simulator. The framework agreement to be awarded as a result of the present procurement with the object “Services for the maintenance of the inland navigation simulator”, for a period of 48 months will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators. The minimum and maximum quantity estimates that could be requested for the entire period of the framework agreement and those that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those that will be awarded during the framework agreement period can be found in the tender documents. The estimated subsequent contracts to be awarded are within the budget year and are awarded depending on the existence of budget credits. 4 subsequent contracts will be awarded, as follows: - First subsequent contract - for the period 01.01-31.12.2027 - Second subsequent contract - for the period 01.01-31.12.2028 - Third subsequent contract - for the period 01.01-31.12.2029 - Fourth subsequent contract - for the period 01.01-31.12.2030 The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
