Poland – Repair and maintenance services of military electronic systems – WYKONANIE NAPRAW I KOSERWACJI SPRZĘTU WOJSKOWEGO (SPW) PRZECIWLOTNICZYCH ZESTAWÓW RAKIETOWYCH (PZR): OSA LUB KUB ORAZ PODZESPOŁÓW I CZĘŚCI DO NICH.

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and repair services, including operational support, referred to hereinafter as support, for all types and variants of the following Weapons Systems (SpW): a) anti-aircraft missile combat vehicles; b) detection and guidance stations; c) self-propelled and missile launchers; d) target illumination stations with antenna columns and other cabins and devices; e) equipment for transporting and loading missiles; f) technological sets with distributors and air compressors; g) control and measurement stations for checking missiles; h) power supply stations serving as power sources for missile sets. The service to be provided by the Contractor should include organisational and technical measures, the implementation of which will ensure the restoration and maintenance of the technical efficiency of the subassemblies, assemblies, elements and packages of the SpW in the scope of: a) emergency repairs and maintenance; b) equipment modifications; c) electronic operational support; d) personnel training. A declaration by the Contractor made pursuant to art. 125 para. 1, a declaration pursuant to art. 5k and pursuant to art. 7 para. 1 of the Act on special solutions in the scope of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine - the template of the declaration is attachment no. 1 to the application. 1.6. a declaration of the obligation of the entity or entities providing the resources referred to in art. 118 para. 3 and 4 of the Pzp Act - the template is attachment no. 3 to the application; 1.7. power of attorney – if applicable; 1.8. a document confirming the appointment by the Contractors jointly applying for the contract of a representative to represent them in the proceedings for the award of the contract – if applicable. 1.9. A declaration by the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, from which it follows which services are performed by the individual Contractors, made pursuant to art. 117 para. 4 of the Pzp Act - the template is attachment no. 4 to the application.
