The City of Toulouse has been developing innovative responses for several years to support people in precarious situations. The Alternative Housing scheme aims to provide an adapted response to people in precarious situations whose needs do not exclusively relate to emergency accommodation but require individualized social support facilitating access to rights, health, autonomy and housing. The scheme accommodates single individuals, couples and those who may be accompanied by animals. The support offered is inseparable from the accommodation. People are referred by the Action Médiation Insertion "AMI" service of the Housing and Social Inclusion Pole of the City of Toulouse. The present consultation concerns the implementation of comprehensive social support for people accommodated within the Alternative Housing scheme of the City of Toulouse. The successful tenderer will ensure all tasks enabling: - access to rights; - improvement of living conditions; - access to healthcare; - development of autonomy; - access to employment and training; - access to sustainable housing; - civic inclusion; - management of collective life within the sites. Support is an inseparable element of the accommodation offered to beneficiaries. Services are settled by lump-sum prices.
