The subject of the procurement is the implementation of a registry system under the conditions of Eximbanka, the procurement of licenses necessary for the use of this system, and after the completion of the implementation, the support and further development of the system according to the needs of the bank. The operation of the system must be in accordance with the currently valid legislation for registry systems. The offered system must be certified by the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic and listed in the current version of the List of Certificates issued by the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic with a "high" level of compliance. The proposed method of implementation and operation of the system must ensure that a vendor lock-in problem does not arise; therefore, the delivery must also include copyrights to the extent that in the future it will allow the operation of the system in cooperation with another supplier. The system offered by the applicants must meet all the requirements set out in this description of the subject of the contract, including further documents referred to therein. The expected benefits of the implementation of this project are the digitalisation of most of the internal processes related to the circulation of documents, increased transparency of the status of documents in processing and more effective searching in files, records and documents.
