The contracting authority intends to award planning services from performance phase 2 HOAI according to RBBau (new). - Preparation of the construction documents EBU (LPH 2-4) for the construction of an accommodation building to standard 1.1.5 to be awarded. An optional further commissioning of performance phases 5 to 8 is planned. The award is made in the following lots: • Lot 1: Building design according to § 34 HOAI • Lot 2: Structural design according to § 51 HOAI • Lot 3: Technical equipment, system groups 1–3 according to § 55 HOAI • Lot 4: Technical equipment, system groups 4–5 according to § 55 HOAI • Lot 5: Technical equipment, system group 8 according to § 55 HOAI A cost framework has been determined for the project via RBK / PLAKODA.
