The municipality of Stechow - Ferchesar plans to renovate and expand a former sheep barn in Ferchesar into a multifunctional community centre. The aim of the measure is to create a barrier-free, energy-efficient and flexible-use assembly and event venue for the village community. The building will in future provide space for cultural events, club work, municipal council meetings, educational offers and social encounters. The outdoor facilities will be designed to provide a high quality of stay and to strengthen integration into the local landscape. The tendering procedure will be carried out by the Central Procurement Office of the Havelland district on the basis of a public law agreement. The contracting authority and contractual partner will be the municipality of Nennhausen.
