Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Pisz w roku 2027

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as works in the field of nursery, meadow-agrarian, and hunting management, to be carried out in the area of the Pisz Forest District in 2027.

2) The material scope of the contract subject includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as works in the field of nursery, meadow-agrarian, and hunting management, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. – planned work size; Annex 2.2.1. – detailed work size by groups of activities, activities and locations; Annex 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of timber harvesting; Annex 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forest district; Annex 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; Annex 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex 2.3.7. – information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex 2.4.1. – potential locations for the care of forest stands; Annex 2.4.2. – compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter.

3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex 2 have an estimated character.

4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the contract subject are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex 3.5. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of meadow-agrarian management" Annex 3.6. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of meadow-agrarian management"; Annex 3.7. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of hunting management" Annex 3.8. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of hunting management"; Annex 3.9. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works" Annex 3.10. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works". The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ, the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ, the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of meadow-agrarian management (activities) specified in Annex 3.5. to the SWZ, the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of hunting management (activities) specified in Annex 3.7. to the SWZ, and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works (activities) specified in Annex 3.9. to the SWZ, constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the contract subject (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the contract subject (Annex 2 to the SWZ), then in this scope the provisions of Annex 3.1. to the SWZ, Annex 3.3. to the SWZ, Annex 3.5. to the SWZ, Annex 3.7. to the SWZ or Annex 3.9. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of implementation of some of the activities described in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works, in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management, in Annex 3.5. Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of meadow-agrarian management, in Annex 3.7. Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of hunting management or in Annex 3.9. Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works, in particular conditions regarding a given Package constituting the contract subject.

5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the contract subject have been described in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

6) The description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works has been included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

7) The contract subject has been divided into parts ("Package") Package I forest districts: Lipnik, Jagodzin, Leszczyna; Package II forest districts: Snopki, Lisie Jamy, Browarnik, Szkółka Leśna w Snopkach; Package III forest districts: Pogorzele, Wiartel, Jaśkowo, Zimna and the Alarm and Dispatch Point in Szeroki Bór; Package IV forest districts: Jeglak, Przerośl, Dziadki; Package V forest districts: Brzeziny, Łąki, Niedźwiedzi Dół, Wądołek, Jeże; Package VI forest districts: Rybitwy, Babrosty, Kumielsk
