Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Białogard w roku 2027

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, tourist maintenance, as well as nursery and seed management to be carried out in the area of Białogard Forest District in 2027. The scope of the contract subject includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, tourist maintenance, nature protection, nursery management, and seed management resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Specification of Contract Conditions ("SWZ"). The subject of the contract is divided into 15 parts ("Lots"). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ together with the appendices.
