Heinolan Tilapalvelut Oy invites tenders for framework agreements to be awarded on the basis of tenders for ironmongery. The contract period is two (2) years with an option to extend by one additional year by mutual agreement. The subject of the procurement is the procurement of various ironmongery for the needs of the City of Heinola and its group companies. The purchaser is not committed to the procurement quantities. The purchaser does not prioritise framework agreement partners, but procurements can be made from any supplier who is a party to the framework agreement. The purchaser will conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of five (5) tenderers.
