Slovenia – Archaeological services – Arheološke raziskave pri projektu Ureditev starega mestnega jedra – Kastre v Ajdovščini – faza 3

The subject of the public procurement is the implementation of preliminary archaeological investigations in accordance with the cultural preservation conditions no. 35106-0787-13/2025 of 25. 9. 2025, and all other services, in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the contracting authority, which arise from the documentation related to the submission of the public procurement, and specifically includes: - preliminary archaeological investigations (archaeological test excavations, with all necessary documentation), which include all necessary field procedures (mechanical, manual or combined excavations to archaeological structures or to the geological base), - preparation of the first expert report, - post-excavation processing of the site archive (especially procedural steps for the preparation of the final expert report in printed and electronic form and the handover of the archaeological site archive to the competent museum, and including the costs of preparing the final expert report and the review of the final expert report on the investigation) all in accordance with the attached list of works; - mechanical excavation works and transport to the landfill (the landfill is also the cost of the bidder), and the restoration of the original state of the land after the completed investigations; - 10% of unforeseen additional and/or additional works, which include unforeseen works necessary due to the intervention of further measures of cultural heritage protection by the competent ZVKDS due to the discovery of intact archaeological layers and structures during the implementation of the archaeological investigation and/or unforeseen works due to a change in the methodology of the investigation upon the discovery of new circumstances during the investigations.
