Czechia – Restructuring work – Rekonstrukce výměníkové stanice budovy Energoblok – Laboratoř životnostních zkoušek

The subject of the public contract for the reconstruction of the existing spaces of the exchange station in the Energoblok building in the area of VŠB–Technical University of Ostrava aims to create a laboratory workplace for the installation of a vibration test rig with a climatic chamber intended for the performance of life cycle and climatic tests, including tests of battery cells. The subject of the contract also includes necessary demolition works. The layout solution lies in the creation of a separate space for the vibration laboratory in the form of a new enclosure, the reconstruction of associated operational rooms (locker rooms, showers, toilets, day room, internal communications and control room), the replacement of existing garage doors with new roller doors and the modification of connecting communications in the building. The construction also includes the placement of an outdoor cooling unit (chiller) on a separate base structure with fencing and the realisation of a new outdoor steel staircase, which will replace the existing concrete staircase. The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract is given in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Tender Documentation. The conditions of performance are further stated in the commercial conditions (draft contract), which form Annex 3 of the Tender Documentation.
