Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026 - 19 - Denosumab (Wirkstärke 60mg)

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Denosumab (strength 60mg). The contract will be concluded as part of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, and uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 17 months, starting on 01.07.2026. The contract will end no later than 30.11.2027, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
