Each year, the contracting authority organises the official opening of the academic year on the Third Thursday in September (hereinafter referred to as DDiS). During the DDiS, all colleagues meet each other and the new academic year is officially opened. The organisation reflects on where it stands as an organisation and what the ambitions are for the coming year. The number of participants expected at the event is 1,250 employees. No rights can be derived from the mentioned scale. Based on historical data, the annual value of the contract was on average € 300,000.00 including VAT per year. The maximum value of the framework agreement has been set at a total of a maximum of € 1,400,000.00. This takes into account future indexations. If the specified scale is realised earlier than the end date of the framework agreement, the agreement ends.
