The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a comprehensive contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to supply a complete set of vehicles of the BEMU type intended for the regional passenger rail transport segment with a minimum number of seats of at least 121. The Contracting Authority, in view of the current conditions of the Tender Procedure, anticipates the delivery of a total of up to 23 BEMU vehicles intended to fulfill public service obligations in accordance with the conditions of the Tender Procedure. The total number of required vehicles may be the subject of further negotiation in connection with the development of the Tender Procedure. More precise and/or further requirements for the vehicles, including the specification of the final and binding number of vehicles, may be specified during the negotiation phase of the Tender Procedure.
