The design competition is announced as an ideas competition in accordance with the Competition Rules of the Slovak Chamber of Architects in its valid wording and also in accordance with Act No. 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter also "ZVO" or "Act"), in accordance with the Decree of the Office for Public Procurement No. 157/2016 Z.z. of 23 March 2016, which establishes details on types of design competitions in the field of architecture, spatial planning and building engineering, on the content of competition conditions and on the activities of the jury with regard to the provisions of Act No. 138/1992 Zb. on Authorised Architects and Authorised Building Engineers in the wording of later regulations and Act No. 185/2015 Z.z. the Copyright Act in the wording of later regulations.
