The advertised works include all metal construction works in the external area in the existing structure and for the new construction, incl. necessary demolition works in connection with changed openings and the necessary replacement of elements in connection with acoustic and fire protection requirements in Hall 2. The work and protective scaffolding required for the metal construction works outside the building will be provided by the client, unless these are separately mentioned in the item. Areas for the temporary erection of the site installation and for use as an interim storage area for waste material are available according to the site installation plan. Water, power and wastewater connections will be provided through the separate award of the Central Site Installation. The following main services are to be carried out:

· Demolition work of window and door systems due to changed openings and fire protection requirements.

· New construction of plastic windows in the 2nd and 3rd floor incl. light wells and sun protection

· Plastic windows for the upgrading of historically remaining steel windows

· New construction of light well roofs

· Aluminium-glass window and door systems in the existing facade

· Overhaul of remaining aluminium windows and door systems as well as non-historical steel windows

· PR facades

· Steel doors and gates

· Industrial folding gates

To accelerate the construction measure, a two-shift operation is to be assumed.
